How a collection moves through the factory

Transparent, calendar-driven, with weekly check-ins. No black boxes.

01. Tech pack & sourcing

Send us your tech pack (or a reference garment). We source fabric, trims, threads and labels, quote MOQs and lead times, and confirm the spec sheet.

02. Sampling

We build a first prototype, fit it on a model, shoot it in natural light and ship it to you. Two rounds of revisions are included.

03. Production

Cutting, sewing and printing run on a tracked calendar. Weekly photos and a private dashboard you can check anytime.

04. QC, fold & ship

Every piece is inspected, pressed, hangtagged, polybagged and packed. We ship DDP to the U.S. via DHL or air freight to your 3PL.

Why brands choose nearshore production

We get a designer's eye and a founder's runway.

From 50 to 10,000 units

We open at 50 units per style for cut-and-sew and 25 units for screen-print-only orders. We scale to 10,000-unit runs for established clients. Same factory, same quality standards.

Editorial-grade quality

Our seamstresses are craftspeople. Every seam, label, hem and print is checked against a written standard before it leaves the table.

Clear English communication

Your account lead replies in English within one business day. You get weekly progress photos and a real human on WhatsApp, not a ticketing portal.

Nearshore speed

We ship from Barranquilla, on Colombia's Caribbean coast. Four sailing days from Miami. Samples turn around in a week, not a month, because we're in the same time zone.

Nearshore garment manufacturing for U.S. brands and retailers

Producing in Colombia is one of the smartest calls a U.S. fashion brand can make right now. Under the U.S.–Colombia Trade Promotion Agreement, qualifying apparel ships duty-free into the United States. That's a real margin advantage over the same garment made in China, Bangladesh or Vietnam.

Lead times are a different conversation too. A sample that takes six weeks from Asia takes seven days from Barranquilla. Ocean freight to Miami is four days from our coast, versus four to six weeks from Asia. A run that lands in your warehouse in three months from Dhaka lands in four to six weeks from us.

We're in the same time zone as New York, Miami and Los Angeles. Your morning email gets answered before lunch. You can WhatsApp the production floor and get a photo back the same day.

And the work is good. Barranquilla has been producing export-quality apparel for four decades, for Chico's, J.Crew, Rapha and dozens of independent labels you'd recognize. The seamstresses we work with have spent their careers on knit construction, denim, swim and fine cotton.

For brands and retailers of every size

We work with independent designers on their first run and with established brands moving thousands of units a month. If you care how your product is made, we're your factory.

  • U.S. brands and retailers, from capsule drops to high-volume production runs
  • DTC labels scaling from their first 50 units to 10,000-unit restocks
  • Independent designers needing a reliable full-package production partner
  • Streetwear and lifestyle brands with print-heavy or sublimation collections
  • Wholesale brands supplying specialty retail, department stores and concept stores
  • Colombian and regional buyers sourcing textile supplies, fabrics or finished product

Frequently asked

What is your minimum order quantity?
Fifty units per style, per color for cut-and-sew. Twenty-five units for screen-print-only orders on garments you supply or we source blank. We can split sizes inside that minimum however you like.
How long does a production run take?
Sampling: 7–14 days from an approved tech pack. Production: 4–6 weeks from an approved sample, depending on print complexity and fabric lead times. Rush calendars are available for repeat clients.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes. We ship DDP (duties paid, door-to-door) via DHL or UPS for small runs, and air or sea freight to your 3PL for larger production. Most U.S.-bound apparel qualifies for duty-free entry under the U.S.–Colombia Trade Promotion Agreement.
What do I need to send to start?
Ideally a tech pack: sketches, measurements, points of measure, fabric and trim spec, label and hangtag artwork. If you don't have one, send a reference garment and a clear vision. We can develop the tech pack with you for an additional cost.
What fabrics and trims do you offer?
Cotton jersey, French terry, fleece, ribbed knits, woven cotton, twill, denim, linen blends, swim and lining fabrics. Trims sourced locally on the Caribbean coast and from Colombia's textile districts.
Can you do private label and custom branding?
Absolutely. We produce custom woven labels, screen-printed inside-neck labels, hangtags, polybags and branded tissue. We can ship in your branded packaging and even drop-ship to your fulfillment partner.
Screen printing or DTF: what should I choose?
Screen printing is best for solid-color art, bigger runs and that classic vintage hand-feel. DTF is best for full-color photographic art, complex gradients and short runs under 100 units. Send us your artwork and we'll tell you which makes more sense.
